How long will my order take?

Classic Teamwear orders are currently being shipped in ~2 weeks from time of payment. A 10 day delivery rush service is available for qualifying orders at checkout for an additional fee. Performance Teamwear orders are generally turned around in 4-5 weeks. If there are any issues that will lead to significant delays we will contact you to let you know. All shipments are given a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

I need my items by a specific date, can you help?

If you require items by a specific date, please contact us before placing an order to ensure your request can be met in the time available. If you have already placed an order, please contact us with your request.

How can I track the progress of my order?

You can check the progress of your order by using the Order Status link that you will find in your order receipt email.

We have a new player, can I order a jersey for him/her?

Of course! The easiest way is to use the reorder link in your original receipt email. This will let you order any number of new shirts for additional players. If you don't have the email to hand, no problem. You can use our Find Status & Reorder Link page, which will help you find your reorder link straight away for any previous order. If the system can't find it, just contact us and we'll help you out!

The easiest way is to use our Find Status & Reorder Link page, which will help you find your reorder link straight away for any previous order. You can then order new shirts (e.g for different players). If the system can't find it, just contact us and we'll help you out!

How can I add a different style or colour of shirt to my order (e.g. for our goal keeper)?

To add a different style or coloured shirt to your order simply complete the first part of your order and when you get to the Review Order step, click the Add Another Order button (1) from the menu on the right hand side of the screen. This will prompt you to add another order (2). Click "Yes". This will take you to the first step to design your additional shirt(s). On the menu on the right side, you will now see the "All Orders in Cart" box (3). This lets you change between the orders in your cart or remove an order completely by clicking the "X" icon. There are no minimum number of shirt requirements for additional orders.

How do you print Classic Teamwear garments?

Classic Teamwear garments are printed using high quality, block-out heat transfer vinyls that are specifically designed for sportswear. These hard-wearing vinyls look and feel great and will last many years with normal wear and washing conditions.

How do you print Performance Teamwear garments?

Performance Teamwear garments are printed using the latest digital printed dye sublimation techniques. This effectively embeds the dye into the fabric of your garment and allows for virtually unlimited customisation.

How do I select the correct size for my garment?

Sizes listed in the size selectors of the Classic Teamwear designer and listed on other parts of our website are half-chest measurements. This is the full width of the shirt across the front of the chest, at a position approx 2.5 cm (1 inch) below the underarm.

To check sizes, take an existing shirt that fits you, lay it flat on a table & measure the dimensions.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Madcore will try and accommodate all changes to an order, however if your order has already been processed we will have to charge additional fees to cover any rework required.

How can I place my order?

What customisation options are available for my garment?

Using our online design system you can add individual names, numbers, custom text and logos to any of the large range of high quality sports shirts offered by Madcore.

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes. The Madcore online design system offers the opportunity to upload your own logo. Your logo must be one block colour and not contain lots of fine detail or small text as this is unsuitable for our printing process. Please remember to upload a high quality logo to ensure the best printing results.

How can I pay for my order?

Madcore offers customers the option to pay via credit card, direct deposit, cheque or Paypal.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the order, for a typical 10 shirt order shipping is $24.95. The shipping cost for your order is displayed at the checkout prior to making payment.

Can I get a discount on my order?

Yes. By electing to include Madcore sponsorship on your garments you will receive a 5% discount on your order.

How should I care for my garment?

Madcore shirts have washing instructions on the tag, but in general: Cold machine wash. Wash dark colours separately. Do not tumble-dry. Warm Iron. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

What is your policy on returns?

If for some reason there is a manufacturing defect with your product, please return your item for exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in the original condition that you received them.

In order for us to process your return, please include the original receipt with your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning.

Please note, we cannot accept custom orders for return where customers have selected incorrect sizes or have entered incorrect print details. If we are at fault for any incorrect printing we will send you a replacement item as soon as it is bought to our attention.

Do you store customer credit card information?
